Pros (+) Stayed here twice because of the excellent location, hotel has nice spots to hangout at/socialise, and good to work from there if you need to.
Cons (-) For the price you're paying and being a 4 star hotel you'd expect better amenities and service. This time, for a 4 night stay, housekeeping just came once which was quite bizarre, we were told because of environmental reasons... Honestly not sure why making up a bed, replacing used coffee mugs and tidying up a bit is ruining the environment? In the room the towels are tiny, you get one thin pillow...

Pros (+) Loved the location! Super close to the main centre of town & shopping.
Cons (-) I found that the breakfast restaurant staff weren’t very welcoming and not super helpful. I had asked for a flat white and the lady pointed at the machine to make my own when everyone else around me was able to get coffee made my the barista. Apart from this, every other team member took care of me 😊

Pros (+) Location was amazing. The bar and the hotel itself are beautiful.
Cons (-) Constant cleaning trollies lying around the hotel. Room service plates outside rooms for 12+ hours. It seems they are a little understaffed for the size of the hotel. Also the heating is on full blast all day and night.
