Great location,laid back and fantastic staff

Rooms have Nespresso machine but if you prefer tea you have to order from the bar as there is no kettle or tea bags offered in the room
Friendly stuff except one lady at reception which shouldn’t work in hospitality area. Location if you prefer matterhorn express also great.

The location of this hotel is incredible. We had a stunning view of the Matterhorn right from our room. Rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. There was no cleaning or perfume smells, which was great (my wife is sensitive to this as she gets migraines). Great facilities including hot tub/sauna. Very helpful staff, near the gondola, short walk from the main street, comfortable and spacious rooms. Room amenities are top notch. Bed is comfy. Transfers from/to the station. Highly recommended.

We've been coming to Zermatt for years and try out a different hotel each time. This one is in a great location and beautifully decorated with a decent breakfast buffet. For the price though, Zermatt has other hotels that offer more.
Unfortunately, the gym and spa are disappointingly small. The room was too hot and when I asked if the temperature could be adjusted I was told to just keep the window open over night, which is wasting a lot of energy and in turn cooled the room down too much. Overall, the hotel appears a bit overprized for what it offers. Our experience was not bad, just a bit underwhelming.
Paid the same room price for a view of the Matterhorn, but I was assigned to a low floor with obstacles in front of me. I had to tilt my head to one side to see the Matterhorn. Is this bad luck? Not worth the price.

It's farther into town so that can be a longer walk, but it is also quiet as a result - so the disadvantage is an advantage at night and in the morning, when it was very peaceful.Read more
Stunning property with gorgeous views.
Everything was incredibly well thought out as far as amenities and room set up. It is also a very peaceful, beautiful property.
I like everything about this property and would like to come back. As part of their service, they provide complimentary pick up and drop off to the hotel. We were ahead of our check in time, but our room luckily is and decorated for our honeymoon. The room is modernly decorated and comfortable with well-stocked amenities.
