Food staff cleanliness
Noise in room from outdoors. No diet cokes.
No blanket to use since I was pretty cold, pillows were too soft no firmness at all. Didn’t offer breakfast & had to use valet which was an extra cost that I didn’t plan for. I shouldn’t be charged for what’s in the minibar if you’re going to offer that for your paying guests. The price was too high for not getting some of the things that other less expensive hotels offer. Staff wasn’t very helpfu...Read more
Good atmosphere the art was interesting
A/C was weak making the whole room sticky, the tv’s chrome cast function was broken and I asked staff to have it fixed. The guy came and “fixed” it by just turning it on regular cable and unplugging the smart tv box
Location and overall hotel.
Bed was broke/caved at the bottom. Towels were dry rotted and ripped apart when wrapped around you. New towels were provided but rooms are starting to show age and wear and tear. Expensive for what it is now.
The convenience of having a museum and restaurant in the same place is nice.
I didn't like that there was an event in the museum and a lot of artwork wasn't visible to see. Gallery 2 was closed the entire weekend.
love the artwork and being in a repurposed bank building
the staff did a poor job of cleaning up our room; not replacing coffee items and the beds were poorly made….restaurant staff seemed lackadaisical - never brought requested condiments; slow; seemed very unfocused on patrons and more on their communal group of servers
Location
Dining Housekeeping.
Everything was great we just needed extra blankets because they have thin blankets. Not big fluffy ones that you normally get in hotels. So cool to have a museum downstairs.
The art work, accommodations and staff were wonderful. Hotel Bar and restaurant were fabulous. Quiet room. Clean. Check out the basement bathroom. Very cool.
