Cons (-) There was a large clump of hair in the shower. I immediately went back to the front desk and informed them. They offered to send someone up. I asked for a NEW room. I used the valet parking ($40 for 1 night!) and when I needed to put something in my car and take something out, the woman at the front desk gave me a sour puss. You're in a service industry!

Pros (+) The location in the theater district was nice. The art installation was interesting.
Cons (-) The shower needs a little more detailed cleaning (shower head had mineral build up which sent water out of the shower, bottom tiles were moldy). There isn't enough light in the room.

My sister and I took my mom here for a birthday celebration, and we loved it! The location was perfect, in short walking distance to tons of bars and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was large and clean, and the art was fun to look at in our downtime.
