The room i had was perfect for my needs. The location was central to everything i needed. The musuem in the hotel was interesting and i loved the bar & restaturant .

I was double charged for the hotel stay and had to dispute the charge on my debit card. There was a fire the first night we stayed (2/14/25) and our bags were ruined by water gushing from the room ceiling after they put the fire out
Staff was super helpful especially Emmanuel he made sure things went well. Came back room was always tidy!!
Elevator was extremely to small Didn't get enough towels had to call to request more for 3 off us
This was the most "meh" hotel I've ever stayed at. Clean, nice bed, sure. But was it the luxury they sell on their site. No. Peeling paint (poor color choice). Five tv channels, of which only two actually work. Typical room size. Dark, narrow hallways.
So, yes, stay at this hotel. Just don't expect much. Personally, I know of a cheaper, much nicer hotel not too far away. I'll just book that next time.
It was decent. The good: location in walking distance to many things, beds were comfortable. The not so good: only 2 elevators and they're really small so have to wait sometimes, rooms are fairly small, traffic is loud all night and walls are thin between rooms. The bad: this has never happened to us before, but when we got our car from valet upon checkout, it smelled strongly of weed inside of it...Read more

Good shampoo, conditioner, body wash
The room we got there was a god awful smell which really messed hp one of my family members. So much so that she ended up puking for 2 hours, needed the ambulance, and was sent to the hospital for about 5 hours.
Beds are comfortable. Room is a great size. Hotel location is excellent and felt very safe. There are many awesome restaurants nearby and it’s a short walk to great sight seeing. Love the espresso machine in the room. The hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are high quality and very nice. Yes, there are a lot of sirens from time to time outside but leaving the ac unit on fan all night drown...
TV should have access to internet so we can sign in to our own streaming services. Since it doesn’t, the bare minimum would be to have the guide channel actually work and show what programming is on. The bathroom light switch should be inside the bathroom not outside.Read more
