We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the art is a great bonus. Breakfast was good, and fairly priced. Overall it is a bit on the pricey side, but you can't beat the location, which is in walking distance from downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. We will be back!

As it was an “art trip”, the hotel’s art made our stay great — a real one plus for the vacation. Terrific staff, particularly appreciated Denise’s help. Corner King room is highly recommended
Too cold to relax in common spaces. (Our stay was last week of September). A bit pricey
Breakfast was good, of course, I only had cereal and fruit. Location was good for the event I was attending, construction made it a little harder to get to. The staff from check in, restaurant, bar and housekeeping made me feel very special! Artwork was amazing!!
Bentonville is a nightmare to get out of but that doesn't have anything to do with the 21C.

Put some ice in water glasses The avocado bagel selection at brunch had terrible inedible tough bagel otherwise delicious toppings Jyst use your wonderful biscuits instead
