Location is very convenient to travell around Milan and for a walk, the staff is very friendly and the hotel has a very good rooftop restaurant bar with 360 degree view of Milan
Very difficult to access the lobby, the halfway lift is too slow and there are no proper signs at the entrance for lobby. Had to carry the luggage down while checking out. Need some better arrangements
This hotel was simply fabulous. Excellent location for a trip to Milan near the Navigli area, but excellent value for money. A 5 star experience in my opinion. This hotel was exceptional. If I had to nitpick then I would encourage staff to ask people to remove their towels when they leave the pool area so it’s clear whether beds or chairs are reserved or free (or simply remove unattended towels after a certain time). Great modern hotel with good facilities. Not like most hotels in Italy!
The cleaners are very noisy in the morning! Parking is a nightmare.
Very attentive service, personalised treatment, nice and practical room, super location, quite at night even though on a very busy corner, free mini bar (water, coke and some snacks)
I think the breakfast was a bit simple and not super quality even though very nice that there is the offer included; i.e. just cornflakes as cereals; however, very good croissantes and cake offer ;-)

Just excellent. Highly recommended.people were lovely. SO clean. Location ok. No 3 tram gets you into the centre of Milan. Fab breakfast..loved the roof top bar. Only difficult thing was lifting cases up the steps on arrival.
