From entering the hotel - the help of staff with luggage, the great management of early clients (who comes before check in time) to the best upgrade I can imgae. received Super Hero romm - it was amazing. the room service - super fast. Excelent terrece and the pool. Breakfast amazing - with great coffee

We had a fire alarm - the external escape route was not lit and there was no handrails on the section as we left the building from the 5th floor.
Great place, good location. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. We got a nice upgrade of the room.
The outside gym was in maintenance and the one in the basement is very limited. Swimming pool is really nice but there are only 7 sun beds and they close at 18:00. Also, I think they shouldn't charge €12 for a beer to hotel quest who are already paying a fair amount for the room.
It's a modern hotel with a young clientele (the ground floor is used as a workspace - think We Works - during the day. The hotel is in the vibrant Navigli area with lots of restaurants and arty shops within minutes. Some of the staff were terrific - reception, cleaning team. Rooms are modern with comfortable bed and good sized bathroom and great shower.
Don't ask them to cook you a poached egg! At a 6 Euro premium I ordered a poached egg and it came back as egg soup - partially cooked egg white in a bowl of broken egg yolk. I sent it back twice and instead of apologising the chef informed me it was 'Italian style'. Utter nonsense! The cooking generally is mediocre and expensive - far better options elsewhere. The rooftop pool was excellent.
The price of alcohol was quite expensive.

Location is very convenient to travell around Milan and for a walk, the staff is very friendly and the hotel has a very good rooftop restaurant bar with 360 degree view of Milan
Very difficult to access the lobby, the halfway lift is too slow and there are no proper signs at the entrance for lobby. Had to carry the luggage down while checking out. Need some better arrangements
