we were upgraded to a deluxe room due to availability which was lovely, beautiful room! lovely staff too
pillows were a bit soft for me but thats if im being really fussy. also could do with some sort of blackout blinds as the room got very light very early. but all in all, fantastic stay
It is cozy and elegant. The location is perfect and all the staff is very nice. It is a perfect place to stay in London.

Great boutique hotel, everything has a loot of good taste. I am very grateful for the complimentary upgrade, I had the most amazing room with a small terrace, which is very rare in London. Delicious breakfast in a very nice area downstairs, you can enjoy a coffee outside. They made best use of every little space in a very elegant manner. Room was perfect, breakfast plentiful and delicious, staff very kind and helpful. Hotel is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, but also quite central. Would stay here again any time!
The hotel is great ! Mo our concierge on duty when we arrived is very friendly and always helpful! The location is perfect, few minutes walking distance to Knightsbridge metro station and Harrods for instance.
