Comfortable room. Hotel is near the Metro station. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff
Room was a bit small. Quality of the cooked breakfast didn’t meet the standard of the rest of the breakfast. At times it felt there were too many staff on reception and not enough in reception
Everything! The building is beautiful and has been turned into a hotel while remembering it’s past. The staff were all lovely, the room cool and the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was so delicious we didn’t need lunch!
Only minor annoyance would be that every time someone let their room door slam shut, it rattled our door.
Liked the style and quality of the hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Nicely located next to several good casual restaurants.
Only minor point regarding hotel itself was the lack of storage space in the room. Had to keep most things in suitcase. Much of surrounding area undergoing refurbishment.

The hotel is pretty and centrally located (25 minutes between see and 20 minutes to top of Graça). Hotel is architecturally pleasing from inside and out. However the bathroom is basically en-suite with a curtain which was not the favorite of my girlfriend. The staff are unbelievably helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. Clean, great staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast
Very friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast, clean bathroom and room, comfortable bed, good noise isolation, valet parking, welcome drink and surprise in the room
Location, lot of suspicious individuals in the area
Great location to most sites. Funky and modern, new and clean. Beds linens towels very comfy. Unless you are traveling alone don't recommend the twin room as really tiny for 2 people. Staff really lovely and accommodating with perfect English so communication was a breeze. Breakfast is GREAT!!!! Can order hot dishes from menu and buffet spread amazing. Homemade grain bread...hot when it came out.
Just size of the room which was very small even for 2 people.
The hotel is clearly furnished to a very high standards and the windows were very soundproof, which is hard to find when you’re in the centre of the city. The staff are all really helpful and accommodating and we love the hotel. Beds were very comfortable!
Couldn’t complain about the hotel itself, apart from the pillows are really flat. Comfortable beds but had bought rubbish pillows! Area surrounding the hotel wasn’t the best. Clearly an up and coming area of Lisbon.
