Cons (-) The heating was new and not working 100% the first night. It was extremely hot. They fixed that and the next night was perfect.

Pros (+) The main building with the spa and restaurant looked lovely. The staff was friendly and the check in was smooth. Good location in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Cons (-) Our booking was in the building not attached to the main building. I was aware of this when I booked but the reviews looked good. The entrance to this location was thru a small doorway on Queen St. and you had to go up a narrow set of stairs to the 2nd level. There was an unpleasant odor in the stairwell. Pros (+) The hotel was just beautiful! And, the location was in the heart of the city!! Having a fireplace in our room was very romantic!
Cons (-) Not having a microwave in the room was a little disappointing and the elevator was very slow!
