The meals and food service were great.
There was a very Loud wedding party beside our room and right across the hall. They made noise all hours of the night. Slamming doors, yelling in the halls, coming in & out all hours of the night. We ordered breakfast to the room and it was delicious so that was one of the positive notes. Everything is very clean the lobby in the elevator that everything is top-notch. We had the grandkids and they loved exploring the hotel.
Well, I had several things one. The room was not as big as what I booked on bookings.com. I paid extra money for additional square feet and they were nowhere to be found. Someone at the desk said when I asked that we get upgraded because we were on the sixth floor. The only problem was the room looked out on the back parking lot of the hotel. Absolutely beautiful! Walking distance to so many things, downtown.
It was clean and very quiet, we slept great. The location was nice too, being so close to bars and restaurants.
I booked that specific hotel because of the rooftop bar/restaurant and we were informed when checking in that it was closed for an event. That sucked!
Excellent location in downtown Huntsville. Many bars and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel staff welcoming efficient and very helpful. One of our party required medicine couriered from Calfifornia - dealt with by staff on arrival at hotel and delivered to room. Great experience. Thanks very much.
