Very comfortable bed Good AC Near Terminal 3 - 10 min walk
Location very nearby the airport and easy access to restaurants and shops

Good location for a over overnight stay near to the airport in walking distance. Several restaurants in the direct area of the stay to grab some food.
The apartment was very close to NAIA terminal 3, so very comfortable for us as we had our flight the day after. Beds were comfortable; we have also had some refreshments in the room (water, coffee, chocolate). The communication with the host was excellent, friendly and very responsive.
The room windows are not soundproof, but this is basically the case in every place I have been in the Philippines, including new condos
Nice one bedroom apartment that looks like a modern hotel room. Great location on Newport Boulevard close to Terminal 3. Clean and comfy bed. Perfect for a stopover.
There was no warm water in the shower

Perfect place, on walking distance(10-15 minutes) from the airport(Terminal 3). Very clean and comfortable bed.
We had to wait a little bit long(20 minutes) before we could enter the room.
I stayed one night while looking for something close to the airport. The room was very comfortable, and I loved having Netflix to watch. The front street was great for walking, grabbing food, and feeling safe.

Only stayed one night to be near airport. Room was nice. Bed comfy. Good shower. Would have been nice to have tea bags and coffee and a bit of milk in room for guests. Lots of food places nearby but many don't take card or they are junk food. I went upto marriot hotel further up road and ate there which was amazing! Such good value and superb food.
Air conditioning unit needs an upgrade. I waited ages before I got into the room. No idea why. The advert said pool view which was a joke really. Only if you stick your body out of window and look sharp left. Pool was also closed for maintainence when I was there. So I thought advert was misleading.
