Best holiday ever Must visit this hotel A place you never forget

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Especially the staff including Anthony who took care of us at check in. They made us feel at home.

Breakfast was great, although for the price we paid for the rooms I felt it should have been included.

The hotel was beautiful, but thefacility was poorly managed and the staff was substandard. For a hotel of this caliber, I would except the staff to be spot on. Unfortunately we had multiple encounters, from the cafe staff being unfriendly, to the gym staff being rude, to there not being enough staff at the the restaurant and having to make people wait for a table despite there being multiple table...Read more
Great location with an amazing pool and opportunities for kayaking. The valet service and pool staff were outstanding!
Our check-in experience wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. The mountain-side part of the hotel seemed older, though remodeled, it was clear they had painted over and reused old moldings from the previous hotel. The young, tall waitress at the restaurant on the right during dinner was not attentive at all; she didn’t even provide utensils and seemed disengaged. Check in- orientation of areas of the hotel. The area/ look of this hotel. The drink offered at check in. Nice touch. As well as the leis. The staff were so nice. Thx hotel employees for check in experience
The bathroom / shower line of soap smells so bad. Daily activity offerings a little unclear what they are. concierge is nice but doesn?t get to the point.
Incredible staff!!!! Johnny, Justice and Scotty at the sunset bar truly made our trip. The views, the drink and company! What else can you ask for! Definitely stay during off season though! I wouldn’t want to be there when fully booked.
The property is Amazing ! The staff are all very nice and accommodating. They really go all out to make sure your stay is the very best . We did the Yoga classes daily which were fantastic and took the Mai Tai making class with Johnny which was really fun . Can’t wait to go back .
The beautiful room ! The bed was like sleeping in a cloud ! The Shower and products were very nice .
