Only 1 out of 4 pools was available. The main one with glass floor is super beautiful, but smth is definitely weird with the temperature of the water. Under the same weather conditions water could vary from chilling and cold one day and to super warm and nice another day. beach as in all Sanya is unusable....i wish they have more staircase...being a pro green mission resort the building has lifts more accessible to guest and seems you have to use the lifts even for going from lobby to drop off.

What a fantastic place! The staff were lovely and attentive, helping us to sort out all kinds of things during our stay. The rooms and facilities were spectacular.
My only regret is that we only stayed one night - would have loved to have stayed longer!
We absolutely loved the service provided by the welcoming staff, the clean rooms and the hotel's sustainability ethos. The housekeeping lady on the 9th floor did such a great job every day. And the front desk went out of their way to help us. Facilities are also amazing, but it was a pity 2 out of 3 pools were closed for maintenance.
