With 180-degree views of the Andes Mountains, The Vines Resort & Spa is surrounded by The Vines of Mendoza’s 1,500 acres of pristine vineyards. This unique destination creates customized experiences and uncommon adventures, including a one-of-a-kind opportunity where guests learn the art of winemaking alongside the resort’s expert team and famed consulting winemaker Santiago Achaval. The resort’s signature restaurant, Francis Mallmann’s Siete Fuegos (Seven Fires) showcases Argentina’s famous beef and serves inspired regional cuisine from chef Mallmann’s honed collection of open-flame cooking techniques. Additionally, The Vines Resort & Spa features a 100+ square meter infinity pool with private cabanas, and an elevated state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the vineyards. A variety of outdoor adventures are also offered, including yoga, horseback riding, hiking, biking, cooking lessons, wine tasting and wine education.

Pablo Martorel, the winemaker, is working on more than 250 premium wines with grapes from our vineyards. 7 Fuegos (7 fires) experience is available every Thursday, feast at the enormous chef’s table on our scenic patio among the seven fires. Four fabulous courses where the 7 different cooking techniques described by Francis Mallmann on his well-known book are combined to create a top quality Argentine food and wine experience.

Design:
Our Resort is bathed in natural light and comfortably appointed with wood and stone, inspired by the natural palette of Mendoza’s Uco Valley. All Villas are designed with the perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort in mind, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful furnishings, state-of-the-art technology, spa-inspired bathrooms, well-equipped modern kitchens and indoor wood-burning fireplaces.

As the sun starts to set, head to the poolbar for sunset with a Gin & Tonic made from local Gin “Principe de los Apóstoles” created with mate, something very unique.
