- The Scene:
- The Estate is located in the central hub of Downtown Santa Ana, California. We’re proud to call ourselves a member of such a vibrant community. Santa Ana is one of the last remaining cities in Orange County that can boast a prominent and flourishing downtown area. Not to mention, it has a spectacular array of shops, restaurants, entertainment and a great arts & culture scene. We couldn’t have found a better location for The Estate and we feel extremely grateful to be a contributing resident of this happening city. As far as our building and grounds go, we like to think of The Estate as a magnificent home, equipped with plenty of beautiful rooms for entertaining. When you walk through the tall, glass-paned front door, you’ll be greeted by a grand room. This space is perfect for a large wedding ceremony, party, or reception. The hall boasts two elegant stairways, high ceilings, and an open floor plan. The first floor also includes a separate bridal suite along with a partial kitchen. The Estate's upstairs room has been designed with more intimate gatherings in mind. Adjacent to this is a balcony that overlooks the cityscape. This outdoor space is a great setting for cocktail hour, a dinner party, or even a small ceremony.
- Design:
- The architectural details and style of The Estate reflect the Georgian Colonial period. Our venue boasts gorgeous exposed beams and worn brick from its original construction. Tiles and wood floors from a previous life mark the entryway that leads into a grand room full of arched, Palladian windows flooding the area with natural light. We've restored these historic, beautiful features, while adding elegant design aspects and modern functions to the space.
- The Crystal Room:
- Enjoy your experience under magnificent chandeliers that earned The Crystal Room its name. Rustic brick walls and a wooden-beam ceiling enhance this space’s character. The welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place for any celebration.
- - View: This room houses beautiful colonial windows that open up to urban Costa Mesa.
- The Attic:
- Don’t be deceived by this location’s name. The Attic is a spacious area that will accommodate your event in an intimate setting. Nestled at the very top of The Estate, this space made of brick walls and wooden beams is a cozy spot for all kinds of gatherings.
- - View: Side windows look down upon the adjacent promenade while the far windows tilt up for views similar to a skylight.
- The Terrace:
- This open air space provides unobstructed views of the Santa Ana cityscape. Planters line a side of the perimeter, incorporating the idea of a rooftop garden. The space is simple but ready to be transformed into a dream party area.
- - View: This area provides a panorama lookout of fresh treetops and modern buildings.
