The Inn hosts six culinary destinations on property, including a pub and new lounge. Olivella & Vine is the new signature dining experience that's destined to make history. Taking it's name from a Chumash word, Olivella establishes a deep connection to local culture and sets an authentic stage for distinctly Californian cuisine with Italian influences. The Oak offers a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner experience featuring locally sourced products, many of which come from our resort herb garden. Al fresco dining under the vine-covered pergola offers dramatic views overlooking 200-year-old Oak trees, golf course and sweeping mountain vistas.Wellness-inspired spa fare is available inside as well as on the terrace overlooking the pool at Cafe Verde. A poolside menu and made-to-order fruit smoothies and pressed juices are also served at our Spa Village pools throughout the day.Poolside service available at the water's edge of our new Indigo Pool & Bar. Our newest adult pool dining includes refreshing cocktails, fresh salads, tapas and a wide variety of appetizing starters to be enjoyed amongst the sweeping valley views and shaded blue poolside setting. The Pixie Cafe is a casual poolside dining experience option for Pixie Pool guests. The Cafe serves tapas, sandwiches, burgers, wraps and a full beverage service in a picturesque garden and family poolside setting.
